Last week I promised myself to shoot and create something every week , to further be consistent on my blog and to push me to create. Today I decided to make a series of images base on the dark part of my inner core, why? it just makes me more creative and think about images beyond the typical narrative, I want transport you into a personal moment that exists only as a fleeting instant captured within my camera’s eye. By capturing these strange and beautiful, and often quite surreal moments, I wishes to produce images with no beginning or end, a moment that lives on in a continual loop in and unchanging state. For those of you who've been following this blog you already know the past images here
already excited on the next " HAUNTING" series, Check back again next week
Rain rain rain ... it's been raining and being a creative non stop rain may cause " creative block" lack of inspiration, and procrastination, Been contemplating about blogging recently and I decided to push myself a bit further, and to be more disciplined on blogging. Blogging enabled me to add more flavor to who I am as a person, not just as a photographer. Some bloggers have an easy time posting everyday, I'm not one of those people. Writing everyday is a discipline, NO- I'm not planning to write everyday, but every week be more consistent to think, feel, see, express I write for my family, friends, and clients...and readers who share their lives with me. This site has become a place where people meet, share, and connect. That's precisely what I want.
Today though it's raining I pushed myself and grab my ever so talented Sistah Paula to give me some pose, it was a breather hearing the shutter and stimulate my brain as we were shooting.
Random day - Nads a friend of mine visited me today and he fancy a picture so I thought it wouldn't hurt to pull the trigger and shoot him on the head! I was caught off guard but i thought about winging it. The way my brains operates is like - I will see the ending first just before i begin, so i know what kind of result or images I wanted to come out at the post. I can't really think of a theme today so just shoot as i go but think of what I wanted to have at the end.
