The first island we explored was- Guyam island
it is rocky (coral rocks of different forms, sizes and shapes) and full of craters. The island’s size is as big as four basketball fields formed together. Aside from rocks, trees also populate the island with one small cottage in its middle.
The Dako Island’sname is in significance with the island’s size because it is the largest island among the three.
Its powdery white sand is almost or even more beautiful than that of Boracay – that is minus the crowd! Its crystal clear turquoise waters is just so tempting that even non-swimmers would be tempted to dip into. The seclusion of the place, whereby only few people are currently living is something that you have always been dreaming for a vacation – simply tranquil. The winds in the island are pretty cool as well because they are those that come from the Pacific Ocean, so you expect that to be quite strong and gentle.
A small community lives in the island, mostly fishermen. Cottages are lined up the west side of the beach that can be rented for as low as 700php per night,200php for day trip. The water around the island is great for snorlkeling, fishing and scuba diving.
The resort Romantic beach villas was soooo indeed - romantic, It was getting dark when we got to the resort, had only few photos to post, but you can always check their facebook page here
And cant thank enough the couple Roman and Ester for making this day complete with a romantic dinner by the beach!
